A funny shot (to me) was this Baybreasted warbler, first he seems to look right at me - then shows off his "breast"

This is a long heavy crop, I couldn't get closer to the trees the wood peckers were working on - It was cool to watch them work as a team

We saw a far amount of Prothonotary warbler's only a few photos - these guys move fast, I caught this one taking a break

Testing a challenge shot
I used a shop towel tube hand held at the front of my lens, laid on the grass and took a photo looking up to emulate a worm "hole" then I finally saw a robin out in the yard and took its photo "hunting" then sized up the robin onto the original shot. I have to credit my wife for the inspiration

And the worm said "this is not good"

Yesterday we went on a guided tour at our local National Guard Training center Fort Indian Town Gap to see the Regal Fritillary butterfly's at their peek. The weather was good and sunny great for photos, I will have a lot of processing practice when the wings open the presence of the white dots on the main wing around the edge toward the head is the female indicator (female is the lower one)

From what I could read this mill is in it's original position, it operated 100 years concluding somewhere in the 1940's
