Nikon Super Telephotos on the ISS

Was watching Scott Kelly interviewed on the Late Show on Friday night and kept getting distracted by a couple things velcroed to the walls if the ISS.

Looks like the 800mm f5.6 and the 500mm f4. You can handhold those suckers all day long in space, I suppose.

Astronauts get all the coolest toys.

The Air Force Museum where I live has a bunch of old cameras used by obviously the military. They are all Nikon as well. The base photogs are slinging some D4's.

I do the same thing though, always getting distracted when I see camera equipment while watching a show/movie. haha
