The SB-700 is a much better flash. it is stronger but that is not the only reason you had rather have it over the SB-400 Check out the bounce abilities of both and also check the Commander mode capabilities of both

I also concur with the 700 over the 400.. Not knocking the 400 but it is only slightly better than the pop-up (and fine if thats all you need!) The 700 opens up all sorts of creative opportunities.

I ordered The Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 AT-X116 Pro DX II Digital Zoom Lens

I will be interested in hearing how you like the tokina and seeing some photos' when you get it. I am also going to be looking for a WIDE lens for my 5100...
