on second month, u try ur best to return it back to seller, which most likely will not be possible.
then unfortunately, you have to deal with Nikon USA
which means, calling emailing, sending it to them each time you see dust & you have to be pro active about it, since its free only under warranty. And ultimately (after 2-3 returns) ask for a refund or D610. which can be extremely painful
I love my camera (camera, not particularly a nikon camera) so i did everything i could, to have one without defects.
