New Nikon 850 Timelapse problem - solved

I have a Brand new Nikon 850 I bought in June,
Hope someone can help me to understand why when I try to take a time a lapse video and then try to view it on a Post processing program (Davenci) my video is white, no pictures, no detail and when I view it on the view finder of the camera it is also white,
I was trying to shoot a time lapse of the clouds, set my interval to 3 secs, and my shooting images to 448,
no matter what I do I can't get pictures.
Is it possibly because I do not have a filter on it for day time shooting?
Please tell me what I am doing wrong 😥

If it can take single photo that you can later view, then the time lapse series should be visible. The obvious thing to ask is what were the exposure settings you used? The description makes my think you had the shutter speed set way too slow, like multi-seconds.

Better still, post a sample JPEG here so we can read the EXIF information and see for ourselves.

Thank You for your suggestions, I reset it to factory settings and all is well, guess I tried too many Youtube suggestions🥴 went back to basics and it worked flawlessly, I had a great night last night it took the Milky Way sky movement, I was thrilled!! Happy Nikon owner here.
