Hello all!

I recently acquired a Nikon Z8 and various lenses, having moved over from Pentax this past summer.

I heard from various sources that Nikonites was one of the places to be, so here I am!

I am a high school teacher, and adjunct professor, husband, and father of three. I live not too far from Notre Dame.

I've been into photography since I was young (my first SLR was a Ricoh KR-5 Super), and got into my first dSLR about 2018 or so.

Welcome. I've been using the Z8 for about a year and a half. It's a great camera, especially for wildlife.
