That was quick! Congratulations and enjoy. Be sure to check its shutter count. Mine was ridiculously low--39 I think, although most tend to have a few hundred on them. Once you get the hang of using the wheels more, you should find it is more convenient than using the menu so often. Have fun. ;)

You will love this family member for sure.
I my home it is the pups first, then the cameras, then the wife and finally the kids. At least that is what the wife tells me my order is.

The PRIMAL BEAST!!!!!!

I still regret not getting the 18-140 with my upgrade, as I bought the body only, but not horribly. My 50mm prime and 70-300 are the usual culprits on my beast anyway. ENJOY "big brother" immensely, and start posting some shots! :D

Great stuff! But believe me, you will be turning back to the D5100 once in a while. It will become your "throw in the trunk for any occasion body"

You are going to have a blast with the D7100, cant wait to see some pics!
