Ah, You only need to save the original NEF file. Don't ever save to it. Not sure why you would want to save a small and a large jpeg though. It you do all that you are going to need a lot of hard drive space.

I do have a couple Terrabytes "laying around" but you're right I would just like a Fullsize_Jpeg_WM + Fullsize_Nef_Photoshopped + Fullsize_Nef_Original.
Those are what I would want right? 1st for online, 2nd for print, 3rd for any future use.

That would be a *.PSD file. NEF should never be modified. That is saved because at some point you are going to decide you can do better and you would want the original to work on again.
