My thoughts on the 150-600 Tamron...

@grandpaw, for the love of gawd don't get a UV of all the filters, or put anything on any lens unless you actually need it (unless you get a 100-200$ one).

$1000 lens with a $10 obstacle in front of it doesn't make too much sense.

It will be a B&W and I assure you it aint $10.00

I have graduated ND filters and a polarizing filter for my other lenses and just don't seem to ever use them.

Just got my lens today and this is my first attempt to use it. This is a JPEG photo straight out of the camera and is handheld with my new Tamron 150-600mm lens shot at 600mm. The first photo is a crop from the second photo.

I'm not 100% on this, but I don't think B + W makes anything that cheap for a lens that size. They're Ze Germans don't you know?
