See how quickly things turn. I just read your comment a bit ago about no matter how much you drink you photography doesn't improve.

Yeah it was the Heineken! :D @scott you won't believe it but it is my version of the swan photo you fixed!
I should have shown her yours and I would have got more than 50p for it.

Haha sometimes beauty is in the eye of the beholder and most times they are blind ;-)

The thing is I do not guarantee the way I see thing that others will see it the same. All I can guarantee is that I have seen that thing as is which you can also do.

I sold one the same way. Sold one and gave one away. LOL

A lady contacted me that her dad lived near where I had posted a picture from and she thought it would be cool to give him as a present for Christmas.

Congratulations, Lawrence! :)

Perhaps it is a good thing that you are in New Zealand and not here in the US. Surprisingly my accountant told me if someone earns money as a self-employed photographer, he/she must submit quarterly taxes for the rest of their life...even if they don't earn anything else from photography.

I've never been paid for my work so I can't stand behind this comment, but I was quite surprised to hear it. In any case, kudos to you!

I generally have to pay people to take mine.

Put the link back in this thread so we can see it again.

It was this one in my 365 thread
