My eyes each see a different color temperature sometimes...

If trying to calibrate my gear wasn't hard enough already, I discovered last night that, in certain situations, my left eye and right eye see different color temperatures. We were sitting on the deck, and I was looking at our white vertical rails. The background was black. When I crossed my eyes slightly, I noticed that the white posts now looked either greenish or pinkish. Covering each eye and looking through one only confirmed the same thing.

Some online research revealed that this is not so unusual, and that it can also be temporary.

Anyone else had this experience? Sitting in my office today, both eyes seem the same.

This one time, at band camp, I got kicked in the head by a mule which kinda sucked and all but maaaaan... THE COLORS!

You know I kind of see the same thing myself...
When I sit at different angles looking at my laptop monitor the colors shift to "Crazy" when the screen is tilted.

My wife doesn't have that problem, but her colors are off. Consequently I do all photo editing for her. It is what it is. However, in your case it sounds like a pirates eye patch may do the trick .
