Big difference. Actually I was not expecting or even asking them to exchange it, just send it in to get it fixed right. They just looked at the pictures I had and listened to what I had done to show the problem and went straight to inventory to see if they had one in stock. BestBuy has had a lot of business from me for the last few years and this is a good example of why. I just checked and I have spent over $12,000 with them in the last few years.
