Mountain Landscapes

[Lee-Ann]

I have already posted an album with some of my mountain scapes mostly taken at sunrise or sunset.

I'm not sure how many South Africans there are in Nionites and how many of them spend time in the Drakensberg.

As a family we go there at least once a month to camp and just get out and about. I thought that blogging about the various camp sites would be a great way to share my images and the wonderful campsites from the Southern to Northern Drakensberg.

I'm not sure that many people know just how affordable this sort of holiday is and how amazing the staff and ammenities at these places are and what they are missing out.

I'm off again early tomorrow to a place called Garden Castle in the Southern Drakensberg near Bushman's Nek. I'm hoping for snow as it makes such pretty landscapes. I can't wait to post new images next week and look forward to sharing them.

Lanscapes seem to be your natural forte. Hope to see many more from you in coming years, It is especially gratifying to see landscape photos from places I will never get to visit. I could not otherwise enjoy those special places without my Nikonite friends posting photos of these wonderful places. Keep them coming Lee-Ann.

I agree in tandem with Ron Lee-Ann, as many of us will never have the ability to get to some of the locations you find yourself in, so we enjoy your photo journey nearly as much as you do, so a big 'thanks' for sharing!

Wow, thank you so much Ron. South Africa is a really beautiful place even at the moment as we are going into a drought. I've recently got back from another trip and am looking forward to catching up with more landscapes but not so many mountains
