DSC_0086.jpg F3.5, Shutter 1/25, ISO 400, 18mm, D5200 with the 18-55mm kit lens. Not my greatest shot. I wasn't patient when I took it. I forgot to change my ISO and the stationary lighting on from the underside was not easy to work with. I saw the plane, it was night time, I had my camera on me, and I wanted to try and snap a few shots off. I had to do some light touch up editing with the RAW file in Photoshop 11, but oh well. I'll try harder next month.

Only one day left folks! Get your shots in! Just a reminder, this thread will close Saturday night at midnight, eastern time in the US.

I might as well enter, although mine are only moon shots... :) Entry #1, the blood moon from 8/23/13. The smoke/haze distorted the shape of the moon a bit, but I was happy to get home in time to catch this shot!

Entry #2, the blue moon from 8/20/2013. I was messing around with different points of focus, and was pleasantly surprised with how this photo came out catching gum tree leaves in a silhouette. Oddly enough, it stirred up remembered images of Mystery Science Theater. LOL

Only 12 mins before the 9:00pm cut off. The camera was on UK time but the shot was taken in Florida
