Is that Cheeze-Wiz? My 14-YO son has taken to eating Cheeze-Wiz and jalapeño sandwiches, and I bet he'd try this with a jalapeño on top if he saw it.

Prayers for your father, you and your family.

That's "Squirty Cheese", a product forbidden in my house by my bride. "Cheese and whipped cream should never come in the same container unless you're starting from scratch!!" LOL I have fond memories of sitting on the couch growing up watching football with my Dad and brother, hoping that the squeeze the other guy was putting on his cracker wasn't the last. Now Cheese Whiz, that's vital to a proper Philly Cheese Steak and is allowed in the fridge only for that purpose.

My thoughts and prayers for you and your Dad. I lost mine last summer after a short but serious infection got him, but nothing like what you're dealing with. Praying for peace and strength for all of you.

Day 55

In the door and out the door for a quick photo, shower, and back to the hospital. Thank you for everyone's thoughts and prayers. It must be helping, it couldn't hurt, as my dad is starting to lean in the right direction.

Here is my photo of the day. Just like myself at the moment, the light bulb is just not on.

Thank you everyone.

Hang in there ML. Those hospitals can be a PITA! Trust me...I spend 40-60 hours a week in one. Give those nurses a little added hell for me!

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. My father is starting to turn in the right direction :)

Ok, I tried posting this last night but the site didn't seem to cooperate and I was too tired so here I go again.

Day 56

I must share credit with MM on this photo. He is the one that sees beauty in things that others miss or walk past. He saw this leaf on the sidewalk and pointed it out to me. I saw it as a leaf on the sidewalk. He told me there is more beauty there than what I was seeing. So I took the picture to make him happy. Once we were home he guided my hand through editing the leaf. a lot of it is still over my head like "low key", but in the end he was right, the leaf is beautiful. I will keep practicing and one day I will see what he sees. Thank you hubby, for everything.

Day 57 First sign of spring

It was a late night and I needed a picture. I really wasn't finding anything, tired. Then I saw the very first sign of spring on this tree. Not a great picture, but who cares when I have witnessed my first sign of spring.

Forgot two things. First, I forgot to put my logo on this image. Second, who needs a D600 when I can steal my husbands the last couple nights. Hmmm, might be needing my own at some point or maybe a D800eeeeee.

Day 59

Late getting this up. MM tried to get himself killed being hit by a car while riding his bicycle. Fortunately he lived so I can kill him for tackling the front end of a car.

Shot this late last night running out to the hospital to pull an all nighter with my father. He is making small improvement, not much, but they are improvements.

Anesthesia tech. Not a doctor. But I assist in surgery and traumas and such. I only help deal with the breathing and administering of blood products. Machine upkeep, things of that nature.
