Looks great to me except the white is a greyish white on my un-calibrated work monitor so I am guessing its white
Day 34
We all try to take the best photos we can and sometimes forget to just enjoy the camera. I know I do from time-to-time. Well tonight's photo isn't a great photo; just a photo of curiosity. The snow was coming down and I wondered what a long exposure might look like. Now I know.

While not a photo I shot today (already posted that), I did sit down and mess with this old photo of my daughter today. Wanted to sit down and start seriously working on my portrait editing skills. She had some crazy hair color going on at the time which has an interesting look.

Day 38 - Kids
Couldn't do much about the background as the statue is where it is and I could only shoot through a window. However, I like the statue.

Moab Man says, "Thank you. I thought it might be. I will be playing with some others and will pull it back a bit."Imo, you overdid on her teeth and skin. To doll-ish for my taste. But the composition and her is very good, and very sharp.

I do not believe it, but could be wrong.
1) it seems that the "I could only shoot through a window" is something you put as limit for yourself.
2) it is not clear what lens you used and what aperture, but blurring the background should be possible with a f1,8 as you own, when you get close enough.
All that said, I think that the effort of blurring out the background would have improved the image, but only marginally so. I like it also the way it is.
P.S.: I do think the best artists will put their own safety and sanity on lower priority then doing what is needed to get that art perfect. RIP Vincent Van Gogh.

Day 39 - Quail?
Not sure what this bird is, but they are pretty. The wife and I spent some time on Antelope Island and we arrived at the right time as these little birds were scooting all around.
