With great sleuth work that would make Scooby-doo and gang jealous, I have identified this flower. It is a Grape Hyacinth. Thus proving my daughter is actually the crack head.

Day 99 U.S. Army CH-47 Chinook Helicopters

My daughter alerted me to them having their engines fired up so I raced over as fast as I could to catch them taking off. The fourth helicopter must have had some "I D 10 T" error as it didn't take off. Sure all of you former maintenance troops will be familiar with this error you sometimes had to diagnose on a broken piece of equipment.

Very good shots, I like the backgrounds as well as the subject.

Thanks for redeeming yourself, I see that you are learning not to question me. LOL

And this proves we all get things wrong … I get the # of days wrong and you get the flowers wrong. :D

For about a year my son would get picked up by one of these CH-47 Chinook Helicopter every morning and carried to work and then picked up later that day. He had some great photos of and from the inside of these. It was all great till they through out is bar with the camera inside and it landed on the side of the bag with the camera in it. And it was a Nikon. The lens got jammed and I sent it in for repair and explained what happened and where (Iraq) and the fixed it for no charge.

Technically speaking I was never wrong on the flower identification. That would be my daughter. I know enough to know that I don't know flowers. Therefore it should be my daughter that is persecuted. :)

You sign it, you take responsibility mate. Besides the daughter is a direct descendant and the acorn never falls far from the tree.

@Lawrence Ouch! But I found her outside the Bitburg Brewery in Germany. They had a deal, six pack of beer and get a free child. I didn't realize at the time I had to keep the child after the beer was gone.
