ML-L3 or Galaxy S7 ??

What would be the best far out in the mountains -- a ML-l3 or using my phone a S7 ??

Taking in consideration that tiny ML-l3 is easily lost :-(

Does the s7 need line of sight,if not then it could be the best although knock off copy MLs are cheap enough to take two.

With the small size of the ML-l3 and I assume your are taking the phone anyway, why not take both? Seems like you would be covered better with both options.
