[Moab Man]

Checked out this museum that had a very nice display of minerals and crystals. Here are a few that I really liked.

Loved the burnt orange red on this one. Could have used a better background color.

Tiny crystals.

WOW! This crystal was huge.

These rocks were the coolest and fun to shoot hand held pressed against the glass.

In regular daylight they look like this.

Put them under a black light and they come ALIVE!

You're welcome. I would really love to shoot them again one day using a tripod and not being rushed. There was so much more to capture... on another visit.

Excellent series, I remember as a kid going hunting for crystals. I had one that was as big as my hand but it has since been lost long ago.

These are really interesting. I had no idea that certain rocks/minerals would respond to a black light. Learned something new today!

I have no idea what any of them are. On another day I plan to go in with a tripod and shoot them all under light and without and try to find out names. If memory serves they didn't have labels.
