I use these pellets, didn't know you shot with anything other than cameras Mike.

I use an air arms pre-charged too, it's not technically mine as work bought it (I work in red squirrel conservation so greys are on the end of it) but I've used it for 2 years now and it's extremely accurate! Wish I'd had my camera instead of a gun yesterday morning. Waiting for a grey squirrel to come to a feeder at sunrise, it never showed up but had three Roe deer and a couple of reds running about in front of me in the dappled morning sun. Beautiful to watch but no pics unfortunately.

,i bought the 50-500 for the V2 but the way ime enjoying it the Tamron could go in for a Nikon 300mm F4.on lenses, you used to be decisive but now your not too sure?
so the 50-500 same as mine? fits the V2?
You have to be careful answering questions about Nikon compatibility
,if you count the two i have had on loan and the new one i just bought then yes all three worked,you need the FT-1 adapter though then you get auto focus and exposure and VR,here is one i did last year.View attachment 200971

Yes, the money that he already spent on telephoto zooms, he could have a proper lens. Something like............oohhhh...I don't know.....the Nikkor 200-500mm perhaps?
