Thank you Don,will try not to overdo the black but i have a couple of more thoughts for shots

The key to the black background is getting the proper back light. Without it things tend to look to flat. Back light gives it the separation that it needs to look great.

Still not got black out of my system taking Dons advice i tried to introduce back light,i only have the built in flash so this meant making paper reflectors,still these threads are meant to be a learning curve

Thanks steve,haven't got much now when i shot field target i had a Theoben rapid 17 and the air arms field target with custom shop scope,now just for fun i have an air arms precharched,Chinese C02 rifle and the crossman c02 rat catcher

I used to be pretty big on those as well. I only have a Crossman powerline left. Still take it out to plink occasionally,
