We were heading home after Chris' doctor appointment. This Osprey was on a nice dead tree, but didn't want a good shot, so he flew to this pine with the sun behind him. Best I could do with the 18-200mm (trimmed in camera).

Why use the pickup truck when you have a perfectly good bike??

I do have to say, if he does it again, he'll need two sticks. The PVC rolled over after the first turn. Minimal damage to the PVC.

On the way home from the farm stand, I stopped to shoot an osprey. He took off when I was halfway across the street. When I turned, I saw this.

Scanning the skies, it came near, but not near enough for the 18-200mm. This is highly cropped.

Traveling by bike, I don't use it unless I know I'm going somewhere I know I'll need it. It's a hassle taking it on and off the bike for quick shots. Can't carry it in my basket since it's so HEAVY, so it has to be strapped on the back rack. Need to figure out a quick way of accessing it.

Post a picture of tour bike, I think I might have an idea. I am leaving now to go get the chemo treatment i was supposed to get yesterday. I went in and told the Dr. I have been having chest pains so she made me go see a heart Dr. first and get cleared before she would OK my treatment. The Dr. said it wasn't my heart so I am going back in today to get chemo. The only reason I posted this is to let you know I will be off line for a while and may not respond if you post a picture of your bike.
