Now there's a lens... I wonder how far she's going to walk with it though. Beats a session in a gym. :)

The whole loop around Wako is half a mile. Most folks with the big lenses stop at the first gazebo where most of the nesting birds are.

Thanks Pat. The lens shot was taken across the parking lot. We only stayed about 10 minutes. Way to many people for me.

Looked outside this morning. This was in my back yard, misty from the fog.

Thought if I hit it head on, it would be better, I don't think so.

Thanks Pat! There's one problem with the web where the crab spider creates it - it's right in front of my pepper and tomato plants. I try to avoid it, but 9 times out of 10, I turn around and it's in my face!!!

Tried again at the end of the walk, but the flash messed up his eye.

This was one very hungry Spoonbill. It was running to and fro.

The Whistling Ducks just kept watching and getting out of the way.

Did you ever wonder what a welcome mat would look like after a riding mower sucked it up and mixed it with the grass stuck to the blade?? Well, so did our lawn service.

Paid a buck for the mat over 20 years ago, so it didn't bother me, plus it was full of mud after wiping my feet from the web shot the other day.
