Outside Publix (supermarket)

Now that's a sandwich. This lady thought I was kidding when I asked if I could take a picture.

Marilynne i think those might be fingerprints on your lens??

My fingers never touch the lens, but I did give the lens a good cleaning yesterday morn after I noticed the spots on those photos. Haven't done a spot test yet.

Hopefully, after this weekend, maybe the wetlands won't be so crowded. Too many people with schools closed and families visiting their folks for Christmas.

Started to rain and we ducked in to a shopping center and saw this at the bike rack. Wonder how it feels for both of them while pedaling.

Blurry, but I guess I scared the crap out of one of them.

When I tried to get in front of them, they took off in the opposite direction. Yes, we did follow them.

Pedaled way down the canal and Chris tried to get them to turn in my direction, but spooked them instead. There are other shots in Bird in Flight thread.

Anyway, it wasn't a total loss. This Anhinga was drying off on the pipes that go over the canal.
