Thanks Chris. Like I mentioned before, I just practice every day. It also helps when the wildlife cooperates.

On Wednesday, I had the privilege of meeting up with Marilynne at the Wakodahatchee wetlands in Delray Beach. Although it rained on us, it didn't dampen my spirits, and the visit was simply fantastic, and Marilynne was a perfect hostess and guide.

These shots are from the following day when i visited the refuge with my son, who had been sailing in the Keys for a week.

Thank you Marilynne, for taking time from your day to guide me during my first visit to Wakodahatchee. It was somewhat overwhelming to me, and I would have missed so much without your expertise.

Thanks for the kind words Wayne. It was a pleasure meeting you and showing you a little piece of my world.

Great shots of the Woodstork landing. Where are those shots of the gator consuming the turtle you told me about? I want to see those!!!

I didn't get any shots of that episode. it was far too dark under the tree canopy with the solid overcast. I know I missed a great opportunity, but so did the others that were there. There just wasn't enough light...

Spotted this Southeastern Lubber Grasshopper way east of its normal territory.

At least it was eating dead leaves.

Chris has been trying to do a pull up and/or a chin up for the last year. Now that he's lost whole bunches of weight and is up to 200 sit ups, we pedaled 9 miles to the park.

I wasn't ready so the focus point was to far to the left and chopped off his toes.

Switched to chin up
