This morning I was one of 15 people lucky enough to get Wakodahatchee Wetlands all to ourselves, so at 6:45am I turned on my bike's blinking headlight and taillight and off I went to Wako.

These are some of the other lucky folks.

Now you see why I had to post these. The hawk managed to get away untouched.


WOW! Great action shot on that second one, with lots of detail on the hawk and a perfect shot of an angry Grackle! BEAUTIFUL!

Thanks Pretzel. I don't know how they catch any fish jumping around and squawking.

Thanks again. Had to really lower the contrast and up the brightness to bring out anything on the hawk. The sky was blue.
