People throw stuff out the windows and it always winds up in the canals. Also, with the FL open container law (Chapter 316 Section 1936 - 2011 Florida Statutes - The Florida Senate), we have to negotiate around all the broken glass when pedaling.
Did something different on Tuesday, we drove to the Palm Beach Zoo (Enjoy The Wild Life Year Round! | Palm Beach Zoo).
This is the dock where the Wings over the Water show was presented.

This Ibis was about 3 feet away from me. I liked the silhouette.
Unfortunately we didn't know the kids didn't have school so the stands were full. We couldn't see most of the show since most of the action was right in front of the stands.

This is the main reason I wanted to go to the zoo. I wanted to see if this guy was still around. Last time we were there was about seven - eight years ago. I was upset that he was right up against the glass. Couldn't get a real good shot.

Good that he is in a zoo. He would have never survived in the wild.
He was a rescue from birth. This is a very old article (New kid on the block: Rare white gator at zoo - Sun Sentinel) and he's still at the zoo.
