Thanks Roy, they're both nesting. There are four different heron nests on that tree island, along with six or seven cormorant/anhinga nests.

more great shots, i missed one of these on Sunday while showing Rebecca the fish swimming around the dock, we got too close and off he flew, i failed to spot it, should have known it always sits in there, beautiful looking birds

Not every shot I took yesterday was up in the air, like these two iguanas.

Haven't gotten to processing the second one yet, but don't think they'll be any good. He was kinda far and in the shade.

Kestrel - this one was zipping all over the place. Not the greatest, I was amazed I was able to get some in focus.
