I was coming down the ramp at end of my walk and I saw two raccoons run across the parking lot. One looked like it was carrying something red. They ran into a covered pond. I noticed the red thing looked like a solo cup and it had something white on the other leg. I reported it to security. He said "the red cup has been on its leg for months".
