Waited for the Cedar Waxwings to get active and a bus pulled in under the tree where they were. When the driver stepped on the air brakes, the waxwings made a mass exodus and never came back!!

Next stop to see the owlet. Couldn't find them, but I did spot this happy log!

Had to step way back to get all the plumage

Don't know if it couldn't find its mate or if it was looking for one, but it sure was vocal!!

I might have caught the tail end of mating here.

After one left, the other did a whole lot of shaking.
