This Cuban lizard must be real used to people. My friend almost stepped on it and it didn't move.

On Sunday, a friend of mine spotted a Black Bellied Whistling Duck with a bunch of "bumble bee" ducklings. The looked and couldn't find them on Monday. They apparently walked right past them. They were hidden.

About 40 minutes later they left that location, got to the berm, turned around and went back to the same spot. Must have thought they left the stove on or something!!

I started to leave and one of my friends went in the other direction. About a minute later he yelled "they're crossing the berm". Got there just in time to see this.

Then they went under the boardwalk and disappeared again.

On my way out, an Italian couple was excited to see this gator. It was their first time seeing one. Too bad they only got to see its back.
