I'm a Jeep person, but this is just wrong!! The finish looked like it had sand mixed in with the paint.

Chris had a doc appt this morning, so I didn't get to Wako until just about noon. One of my friends was there and told me they counted 16 little ones in the morning. Mom was under the boardwalk and I only saw three.

This use to be a golf course. The owner wanted to donate the land to the county for a park. The surrounding communities voted it down, so the land was sold and will be the home to new high-rises.

Think I would have rather had a park.

Getting ready to give up on momma gator and the babies, I spotted an immature Black Crowned Night Heron near/in a Cypress tree.

Once again I was ready to give up on mom and the babies when mom showed up.

We could hear one of the babies and thought it was strange that it was about thirty feet away.

The little one kept near the bulrush and swam all the way towards mom. We were hoping it would climb on her head, but it never went near her and disappeared in the growth.
