Could be, the people shooting around me said it was a Common Tern. I'm sticking these in the I'll never be able to ID them category, like hawks and shore birds.

Too me it looks like you got one of each black legs Semipalmated Also greyer on the back yellow greenish legs Least also Browner on the back and slender bill
