Many years ago Chris bought me a Kitchenaid mixer for my birthday and Christmas. It came with a pasta attachment kit. Yesterday I wondered why I had't used it in a while. I set it up for spaghetti. Well, I discovered why I only used it once. It didn't work very well. Instead of long strands, it came out in broken clumps. I threw the dough on a board, added some basil and rolled it in to yummy bow ties.
