While I was shooting the Great Egret in my previous post, I saw a hawk go in the bulrush. I waited and waited and waited and finally it popped up a tad away from where I saw it go down. I thought it had a snake, but I'm not seeing it in these shots.

Don't think these two Black Necked Stilts were together unless they had a quarrel since they were on opposite ends of the boardwalk

Every one is in a different location today, first the Black Necked Stilt, now the Sora

This gator is about 1.5 - 2 feet long and still has its baby stripes

Happened to look up and spot this Hawk with supper to go

Guess this crow/grackle? thought the drive up window was open
