This photo theft thing got me thinking and left me perplexed. But I guess since I'm not making money with these shots and there is no point in taking pics and leaving them unseen, I'll get back to my project.

Here's today's piano person. I got tricked with auto iso on the D700 and ended up with iso 7200. But the 700 delivered. I'll let you be judges.

Well, it's day 347 and I've missed a few days because I had other priorities that had to be attended.

So here are 2 piano persons for these missed days:

Well, I guess I was wrong about the day # yesterday. So here's day's 347 pics, two of them to pickup the slack from last week's laziness.
Today wasn't that different but I was helped by mother nature. Pickup D700, open the back door, stick the 300 F4 out and shoot.

So here they are:

marcel, please post street art in the street art thread. Art and shot are both very nice. Do you know what the wall material
was b 4 the art went up? To bad someone had to write their name on the wall. :) i am guessing library.

It was just a brick building. We have quite a few of these in Sherbrooke and I have some kind of agenda that I'd like to photograph them all some of these days.
I'll post them in the street art too, but wanted them in my daily thread first.

thanks for the like!

Day 349 I think...

Piano teacher, knew my grandfather who tuned her piano when she was 11, did NOT want her picture taken.
D600, 24-70 2.8, iso 2500 f2.8 1/40 or 1/60s.

She may not have wanted it taken (her expression may say that) but it is one of the better piano pictures in my mind... she is crystal clear, composition is excellent and while you see the piano, the xmas stuff on top ads color but being blown out does not detract from the subject... I really like it Marcel. (now, if she only smiled cuz she wanted it taken!)

Day 351 started when we went to help my mom with her cooking, so I was the grill guy for the meatballs for her famous pig's feet & meat balls stew.

Then did the X-mas tree

Then went for errands and took the camera with me. The last one is while waiting at a red light through my dirty windshield.

Day 352, I had to take some pics for my neighbor. She wanted me to immortalize her X-mas decorations. Waited until it was almost dark and got this.

D600, 16-35 f4 VR, iso 2500, 1/15 f4 hand held with VR through the window upstairs.
