Thanks Pat, I'm trying to put a photo book together of piano persons that I know. I'm still taking pics until I retire then I'll put it together. I still don't know if I'll write about them or not… In the meantime, I enjoy it.

love the dog! What am i looking at with the duck?
There is ice, but the angles and refections have me confused.

I think the dog is a giant poodle or mix with "Briard".

The duck is another story. The river had frozen but there was a little bit of water on the ice. The duck was under a bridge so the black we are seeing is the reflection of the bridge. It made a weird composition and has the viewer completely confused. This was exactly my intention.

Although shot yesterday, I only had time to work on these today. The ducks were skating on ice and it was funny to watch. It also was an opportunity for not so common compositions.

I really like these and I am going to give you , in my eyes, the ultimate compliment. These look very nice and and do not look like HDR photos to me. When you do an HDR picture and have to be told it is an HDR you DID IT RIGHT!!!
