Today was a very nice day to visit a tractor collector (for parts I'd guess). Df pictures only.

The oak tree on my front lawn is at it's best for colors. Since I didn't have to go far, I took out the 24-70 2.8 and used it openly. WOW, what a nice bokeh.

But I'll let you be the judges.

We had forgotten a flower pot with water in it outside and the frost was starting to fill it. I got the D700 with Sigma 105 macro out and it made my day.

Of course I did add a little post processing flavor.

A few pictures of leaves and fall landscape. All taken with my new (pre-owned D7100). I got a deal I just could have resisted to but didn't. From just shooting this afternoon with my sigma 10-20, it seems it works, so at least that's a good start. First processed shots look quite sharper than with my D7000. Future will tell.

Rainy overcast days make perfect light for outdoor portraits.

Terrific shots with the D7100, Marcel. And love the photo of Judith in her poncho. Line made it beautifully, and Judith wears it well!

Just trying the HDR in-camera mode of the D7100 I realized that when things are stable it's fine, but as soon as there is movement, Photomatix is way better to eliminate ghosts images.

My oak tree leaves take a particular tint in the fall. They almost have the texture and color of leather, and old beaten up leather that still lives and warms so many souls just by existing.

3 shots vertical pano that I made when I came out from Costco tonight. The sky was just right (or so it seemed) and I only had my 35mm on the D7100. So I improvised.
