Below is a three shot HDR. I really liked the lighting on the trees and stone wall. Also trying some longer exposures.

85mm 1.8g
f16, 5s, 2s,10s @ISO 100

ND8 and CP filters

I like it a lot, nicely done. I like the lines and the flow but I especially like how you've not over cooked the HDR. Very realistic looking. And as much as I like the color scheme, I can't help but wonder what this looks like in B&W. It seems like you have enough for a full zone coverage....maybe?

I like the second one, very nice with a very large range. I think I like the HDR B&W slightly better than the color version. What do you think?

I like the HDR and the waterfall, but for me there is too much left above the falls. I'd recrop the image to make the waterfall and the brick wll more prominent.

Below is a different composition of the same area. This one shows more foreground and water flow. I liked the trees and angle of the horizon on the first. I think the angles of the first add more perspective and dimension to the shot.

Rick, I tink they are both very good, but I felt that the waterfall was the main subject and as such, should be more prominent in the image. While I like both of them, I think that I prefer the second crop.

I think I'll revisit this spot soon and try to get a bit closer to this corner and get some different angles with a wider lens. Next time I'll wear some boots, jumping from rock to rock wearing sneakers with $3k in gear was not wise :)
