I guess it's not bad. $50 less from BH Photo. It is aluminum and not Carbon fiber.

Manfrotto 293 Aluminum 3-Section Tripod W/QR MK293A3-A0RC2 B&H

This 293 Aluminum 3-Section Tripod W/QR Ballhead from Manfrotto is the intermediate size in the 293 tripod line, and provides a lightweight, solid camera support. A maximum height of 5.17' (1.57 m), load capacity of 8.81 lb (4 kg), anti-shock collar, minimum height of 1.48' (45.3 cm), and weight of just 3.85 lb (1.75 kg) make this an excellent choice for a mobile photographer needing maximum support with minimum weight.

I did not buy one as I just bought an upgraded Manfrotto a couple of weeks back with the center post that can be used vertically or horizontally (055XPROB). This seemed like a solid unit for the money for sure, especially for the price. The Height was right and it accepted standard Manfrotto QC plates to mount the gear.

Seems like a nice buy.

That's my basic, day-to-day tripod, though I use a replacement Manfrotto ball head.

The tripod itself is decent enough, IMO, especially factoring in the cost. It's not "heavy duty", "professional grade" or "XXTREME" by any stretch but it does have some nice options and has served me and my moderately strenuous photography needs well thus far. I don't think this is the sort of tripod that will withstand a lot of abuse, however, so if that's important to you I'd suggest you look elsewhere.
