hello guys, i have a nikon d3220 with a 18-55mm lens. When the lens is set to 55mm have no problems, but when I put the lens in any other position the following message appears: "Error press shutter release button again." Could someone help me fix this error?

switch of the camera, take off the lens, take out the battery and memory card, leave for a couple of minutes, put lens back on, battery and memory card back in,
