Yesterday I was going through my rodeo pictures and I was about to trash a picture that I took where the persons head was too close to the top of the frame. I thought I would experiment on the picture in Corel. This should work in any photo shop program. I first started using layers, which didn't work for me. I then took the move tool and moved the picture down showing some of the white at the top. I then took the clone tool and filled in the area with matching background. now I had enough room to crop the picture to fit the frame.
