nice shots of the shed and the shack that you said looked overcooked....loved the contrast of the grasses...
same day - determined to up my processing skills so that when I look back in 6 months time there is improvement.

This is an interesting looking spot Lawrence. Wonder what a long long exposure would look like around that rocky outcrop? or a sunset/sunrise? or a night shot with light painting? Is it close by?

I feel they are stagnating and working really hard on improving. I seem to be on a plateau. I have however stopped taking hundreds to secure one or two and am now more able to pull out of a shot if i don't see potential. I hope to be streets ahead of where I am now come 12/31/14

Excellent, so just get on with it.July 4th
I took a few night shots tonight in the little village I am staying in.
It was fun as they had a "Festival of Lights" parade. I missed the parade but felt comfortable afterward walking around with camera and tripod - I guess that is progress.
I will process and post more later but for now here is the first shot I took
