I have been gone a while, my daughter in law was diagnosed with a brain tumour, that needed to be removed asap. My grandson is 5 months old, so I went and helped out with him. She is fine and all is well.

Nice geese photos. We have thousands of those guys around here because we are in one of their flyway corridors.

The moon was rising in the afternoon, so I took a pic of it, and the mountains (at the same time of the day) and then photoshopped them together, obviously making the moon larger.

Was wondering when I first saw it. Would have been amazing to capture it like that. I like how surreal it looks - like it was taken with a VERY long lens.
