I love the robin shot Kim. What lens are you using for these? I can't get any exif from your shots using exif viewer.

I am guessing it is because I use photo bucket to share my photos that you can't access the exif viewer. So many times it won't let me download directl from my computer. I used my AF-S DX VR Nikkor 55-300 mm lens, at 300mm, ISO 5000, 0 EV, f/14, 1/3200
And thanks :)

AND the picture quality is a thousand times better too! :)

I have found that I have to sort of resize them down to around 2500XWhatever to get them to successfully upload...

Just think now all your already cool snaps are going to be even cooler!

Awesome! I will put some effort into loading them throughout the site instead of photo bucket, I didn't realize the quality would be better! Thanks for letting me know :)

Kim, If you ever make a book I for sure will be buying. I love your wild life. It makes me want to come visit and do a photo walk with you.

I wonder if a bear was living here for the winter, good thing a river is between me and there, since I haven't started carrying my bear spray with me yet this year!

Thank you Jeff/Eye-Level!!! I see what you mean about the resizing! I tried this photo first today, but I had to resize it to upload. Because of this, the photo has lost some of its content, but at least now I get what the problem was. Thanks again :)

Your welcome Kim that is what we are all here on the forum for to help each other out in our hobby...I have discovered that the size limit on the uploadable files is around 1.8 Mb. Jdeg is gonna have to up the ante on that when everyone starts shooting D800 and the replacement for the d7000 or else their internet pics are gonna suck!

Talking about resizing, I resize all my pics for this forum at 800x800 at 72 dpi. It makes quite small jpegs that upload fast. The only thing I have to do is apply a little unsharp filter to make the small size and resolution pop up a little more. When I resize, there is an option (at least in CS5) to reduce size with bi-cubic sharper which is supposed to improve size reduction quality.
