Hi all, I'm Eliot living in Blenheim, New Zealand. I've been a Canon user since 1991, but decided to convert to Nikon with the d750, my first full frame camera. I've got the 50mm f1.8G and am waiting for the Tamron 70-200 VC and Tamron 15-30 to arrive. Looking forward to learning the d750.

I tried to look up the term Kia Ora and as close as I can find is that it the Māori word for Refresh. Am I close? Is that a traditional greeting?

There is no point in only learning photography here when we have a wealth of knowledge from all over he world.
