Shot from the Founders Box at BB&T BallPark last night with a Sony Bloggie, my backup camera.

I know its not a Nikon, but I ask your indulgence in this.

The young lady crossing home plate has Sickle Cell Anemia. Running the bases was a VERY big deal!

I just wanted to share this with everyone here.

Enjoy

I had a little visitor in the garden just a little bit ago. I didn't hurt her a'tall.

If she wants her babies in this garden, then I will not be seeing very many other critters here.

Enjoy.

Been outside learning the 55-300 DX AF-S lens

This little statue is one of my most used test subjects. This was shot outdoors on top of a trash can at 300mm.
As the weather gets better I'm finding myself liking this lens more and more.

very nice. I never got into colubrids. went straight to boa constrictors. they are nice starter snakes though for pets. living in the burbs we never had stuff like that just crawling around. thanks for sharing (and being brave enough to capture the images). lol

Thats just a five and a half foot blacksnake. Didn't need no bravery for that one. Now a cane break or a rattler, THATS another story!

I'da had me a new BELT! :)
