The '58 Bel Air and '58 Del Ray were the original Lead Sleds! 348 Tri Power coupled to a 2 speed Powerglide or the massive 409 with 2 Carter AFB's!!!

That takes me back to my old street racing days!

This looks to be a 1937-1940 Henney Packard "Sedanublance". These were manufactured by the Henney Coach Builders on, in this case, a Packard 110 Touring chassis.
Ambulance coachworks were converted to a touring sedan for comfort. In this example, the luggage rack and the overhead lights seem to have been added later.
Of course, I could be wrong. But I don't think so. :)
