I do not want to judge this guy and what he might be going thru..Maybe someone bought him a pack..Some stores sell them for .25 cents for one cigarette..He was not asking for $ which is a different story...Who knows...

Once I gave a man here in Thailand 100 Baht. (about 3 US$) People saw it and called me crazy cos he will spend his money for cigarettes and beer, so they told me. My answer was very simple. I said: "The money I gave him is now his money.I don't care what he does with his money as I don't care what are you doing with your money".
