Cheers wud, I need some more play time with the light painting. Wouldn't mind making a light bar banging on some ND filters putting it in bulb mode and going for broke! I've seen some cool thinks I'd like to try just need to work out how its done.

Had a long day today as it was the funeral of my uncle. So we have a macro(ish) shot of a dog eye. Hope to get back to some normality now (well after I move house a week on friday.) Now back to my spiced rum...

Cheers everyone!

Ok Back to it. Today we have a few to view since I had some free time.

The first is an arty silhouette shot of my wife throwing the ball for the dog. I under exposed this on deliberately as I wanted it this way/.

The second is the deliberate destruction of personal information. Or burning bills before we move as others know it!

This is a red and a green chilli, chopped and lit with a small off camera light to add effect

The last is some more flowers from my dog walk..

Right, off to make a firery madras, consume some beer and watch sport.

Have a good weekend people, Until tomorrow....

Somewhat lacking things to shoot tonight so I have these two. The above is the flowering bud of a tree that appear to be about the only thing in the area that grows (apart from grass and weeds)

The second is a shot through the trees which is fettled in photoshop so to help it look anything other than ordinary.

I went out to get a shot and well... it went wrong... Seriously wrong. Lucky I took a few more on my walk.

The first is my wife and dog under a street light. I wanted her to bend down but she was having none of it. So I did my best to mask the other light with her head. There's nothing worse than an unwilling subject..

The second is the classic bokeh shot. A first for me but I'm sure there will be more in the future.

The last is an abandoned toy scooter. The street lights were orange so I had to strip the colour out of it. I think it actually looks better this way.

Ok, tonight is a real rush job due to us moving house Friday. So this is a macro shot, took at the sharp end of a 55-300 lens, of a chandelier that I have just took down. The red backdrop was provided by a puma shoe box.

Right back to packing!!!
